1. Who we are
Big Table Catering Co. is the data controller for the personal information you give us through this website, by phone or by email. Our registered address is Unit 7, Foundry Yard, Brooklyn, NY 11201.
2. What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number and the details of your event, including any dietary or allergy information you choose to share so we can cook safely for your guests.
3. How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, plan and deliver your event, send invoices, and keep the records the law requires. We only send marketing emails if you have asked for them.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after twelve months. Booking records are kept for six years for tax purposes.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email hello@bigtable.example and we will reply within thirty days.
